At our Shire Martial Arts Caringbah Taekwondo black belt school we have a mentorship program which we call the 'Special Team Of Role Models' (STORM) program which is a part of our employment program. Basically we have a cascading effect where our senior instructors mentor our junior instructors who then mentor our assistants who in turn mentor our young students. Everyone wins! That's how we do it in our Sutherland Shire Karate school!
